Prepaid cards
The prepaid card can be used for all services, provided it has sufficient credit. The bonus is only available for individual and family cards.
Upon presentation of a prepaid card (loaded with credit), a bonus is granted on individual or family cards according to the following scale:

Free admission
for
- children up to the age of 3, excluding baby classes and other activities specifically designed for this age group
- one accompanying person for people with severe disabilities holding a ‘B’ disability certificate or in accordance with Sections 228 and 229 of SGB IX.
The accompanying person must be aged 9 or over and, by virtue of their personal suitability, be capable of providing care and ensuring it is carried out in accordance with local circumstances.
Concessions

- Participants in the Federal Voluntary Service
- Those undertaking a Voluntary Social and Environmental Year

- Holders of the Volunteer Card and the Thank You Card
* Valid ID cards/proof of eligibility must be presented at the ticket office without being asked; staff are obliged to check them. School ID cards are valid until 30 September of the following school year.
Notes:
Family ticket
The "large family ticket" is valid for a maximum of 2 full-paying adults with up to three children who have not yet reached the age of 16. Each additional child and children over the age of 16 pay the reduced admission price for the respective pool on presentation of a school or student ID.
The "small family ticket" is valid for a maximum of 1 full-paying adult with up to three children who have not yet reached the age of 16. Each additional child and children over the age of 16 pay the reduced admission price for the respective pool on presentation of their school or student ID.

Cash value cards with any amount can be purchased directly in the swimming pools or via the sports office and are valid for 3 years. The cash value cards can be redeemed for all services offered in all municipal swimming pools (not the Rabenstein reservoir or golf pool).

Would you like to purchase the card via the sports office and have it sent to you?
