Bird watching
Venue: Chemnitz Botanical Garden, Leipziger Straße 147
Admission: 3 euros
Finches, parrots and parakeets will be on display in just under 30 aviaries and display cases. Breeders will be on hand to provide information about the birds’ lifestyles, breeding and their status in the wild. Further information will be provided on display boards. You can also learn a great deal about species conservation through breeding in our aviaries. This event is designed to spark an interest in the world of birds, particularly among children and young people.
