On Wednesday 28 October and Thursday 29 October, Markersdorfer Straße will be completely closed between Wolgograder Allee and Südring. This is due to emergency repairs to a manhole at risk of collapsing. Pedestrian access will remain unaffected.
The diversion in both directions will be via Wladimir-Sarorski-Straße – Robert-Siewert-Straße – Dittersdorfer Straße – Arno-Schreiter-Straße to the roundabout on Wolgograder Allee.
From 30 October, traffic on the section of Markersdorfer Straße between Wolgograder Allee and Südring is due to return to the inner-city carriageway of Markersdorfer Straße in both directions.
Since the beginning of October, the lane heading towards the city centre has been under construction there as part of a coordinated building project.
